FOoD TRuCk ThRowDoWn

Over The Past 3 years the gourmet Food truck has made its way into the world of culinary trends, professional chefs and epic foodies taking it to the streets, an over abundance of Korean tacos,wacky grilled cheese sandwiches, and a plethora of  stoner foods !! "Fad or Not" that is the question ?  well at least for now they're here to stay and i have to admit i like the way they bring the community together.. 

what im here to announce is that joleen of sloppi jos roving eatery is putting together vegas first food truck throw down, but this is not food truck vs other truck , this is "lets bring professional chefs,take them out of there comfort zone and give them a mystery basket of ingredients,and give them 30 minutes to complete a dish in a random food truck kitchen ... LOVE IT ! talk about raw underground food fights!
