july 24th the cosmopolitan hotel and casino will be hosting the all star event cochon 555 which in french translates to pig !! one of my personal favorite loves of life "anything pig" see the pic below , yeah thats on my arm! pure pig dedication is what this traveling heritage pig competition brings to the country, and im excited to be a part of it, though im not competing in the event i will be hosting a booth representing comme ca, we will be featuring oysters and black river caviar.. but dont think you can put me in a room with a bunch of tasty pig competitors and i wont give you pig.. not only will i try to secure a spot for next years cochon but we our dish will have some porky twists as well as featuring a one bite heritage pig dish on its own.. i can only say this we wont sacrifice any part and we will be one of the top items you taste this night!!
